Tanzania to Host Second Edition of Regional Gastronomy Tourism Forum
Tanzania is set to welcome culinary enthusiasts and tourism leaders as it hosts the second edition of the Regional Forum on Gastronomy Tourism for Africa from 23 to 25 April 2025. The event, a collaborative effort between UN Tourism, the Basque Culinary Center, and the Tanzanian government, will showcase the rich diversity of African cuisine.
Côte d’Ivoire Takes Center Stage
Among the participating nations, Côte d’Ivoire will make a prominent appearance under its national tourism banner, “Sublime Côte d’Ivoire”. The delegation aims to highlight the country’s unique culinary traditions and flavors at this prestigious gathering in Arusha.
The forum serves as a platform to promote Africa’s gastronomic heritage while fostering tourism development across the continent.
