Strategic Gathering of African Military Leaders

Gen. Musa described the upcoming summit as “a defining moment for Nigeria as a leading force in Africa’s defence and security landscape.” The event will bring together defence chiefs from across the continent, along with defence industry experts and contractors, to discuss strategic procurement and cooperation.

“This summit has to be a grand and remarkable event, one befitting of Nigeria’s status as a continental giant,” Musa emphasized. “You must think innovatively, embrace creativity and incorporate fresh ideas that will make this event not just successful but truly unforgettable.”

  • Establishing effective communication channels
  • Engaging relevant stakeholders
  • Implementing proactive problem-solving approaches
  • Ensuring seamless coordination

Maj.-Gen. Akinjobi praised the initiative, stating it was “about time the African defence chiefs begin to speak to themselves,” and pledged the committee’s full commitment to delivering an outstanding event.
