Juba, 15 December 2025 — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has announced a change in its official spokesperson. Effective 15 December 2025, Amb. Thomas Kenneth Elisapana, Director of Media, has been appointed as the new Spokesperson of the Ministry and will serve as the main point of contact for all media matters.
The Ministry further informed that the former spokesperson, Amb. Apuk Ayuel Mayen, has been reassigned to another role within the Ministry as part of ongoing institutional duties. All media inquiries, interview requests, and official communications should now be directed to Amb. Thomas Kenneth Elisapana through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Juba, South Sudan.
