The invitation was extended by Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mulambo Haimbe during a bilateral meeting with David McAllister, President of the European Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the African Union-European Union Ministerial meeting in Brussels, Belgium.
